For consideration, requests must be received in writing by Pliability Stretch Academy at least 30 days prior to the Course start date, sent via email.
If Participant cancels at least 30 days prior to Course start date, Participant will receive a Refund email confirmation, minus a non-refundable $100 administrative fee from Pliability Stretch Academy within 10 days AFTER the workshop in which you were registered (crediting times to your bank account will vary on banking institution). Participant’s current registration and refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
DUE TO LIMITED ATTENDANCE PERMITTED AT THE COURSE, AND BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT TIME TO REGISTER OTHER ATTENDEES, CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED AFTER THE 30 DAY DEADLINE. REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS / WITHDRAWALS AFTER THE 30 DAY DEADLINE HAS PASSED.
• After the Course begins, no refunds are issued or withdrawal allowed.
• In the event of company-paid registration, the company has the right to cancel under the above policy. The student candidate must contact us in writing for the cancellation to be valid.
• International Students: Tuition payment must be in U.S. funds only. Students in Canada and foreign countries will be responsible for payment of any applicable custom duties and/or taxes. Canadian registrations will be paid in Canadian dollars and are subject to the applicable taxes of the region where the course is delivered.
Course transfer to another course date can be requested via email and is based on space availability for future course dates.
